A movie download is not an app download
“Cinebox download” can mean three different things: installing an app, saving a film for offline playback, or keeping a copy of your saved titles. Each needs a different answer. Cinebox opens in your browser. Its list-backup tool saves titles and episode reminders, not video files.
Preparing a film before a journey
Open the movie’s details and choose Watch now. Compare the viewing editions for your country, then check whether the service you choose offers offline downloads on your device. Download availability can depend on the title, plan and device. A title available to stream in a browser may have different offline options in that service’s application.
Allow time before leaving to finish any permitted download and open it once in the application you will use. Check remaining storage and the application’s expiry information. A saved poster or browser bookmark alone will not make the film play without an internet connection.
Movies and TV series on a computer
Cinebox works in a desktop browser, including for searches mentioning Windows 10 or PC. This does not provide a downloadable Windows video player. For television, confirm the season and episode as well as the series title when preparing offline viewing.
Keep your choices even when you change devices
Use My List for films you want to remember. Its backup can carry those choices to another browser. If the problem is a stalled stream rather than offline access, the playback-help page is the better place to start.
