Start with the part that failed
If the homepage loads but a title does not, return to search and open the film again. If search shows no matches, clear the year, genre and language filters before changing your connection. Those two problems can look similar, but only one concerns a missing page.
Posters or results are missing
Give the page a moment on a slow connection, then reload once. If text appears but artwork does not, the image request may have failed separately. An extension can also block an image or script. Test in a fresh browser window with your usual settings before changing anything broadly.
The Movies and TV Shows pages remain useful when interactive search is unavailable. My List needs browser storage. Private browsing, blocked storage or cleared site data can prevent saved choices from surviving another visit.
Watch now opens, but the film does not play
Watch now takes you to viewing options on JustWatch. Playback then belongs to the service you select. Check the country, exact title, year and available edition there. If the service’s player starts but buffers, reduce its quality setting if one is offered, close competing downloads and try again.
Subtitles, sound and television problems
Open the playback service’s audio and subtitle menu. Original language on a Cinebox page describes the production, not every track a particular edition includes. If casting fails, try the service’s television application or its supported casting method. The device guide covers that handoff.
Repeatedly switching unrelated mirrors will not fix an empty filter result or a missing language track. Keep the title details open so you can compare another edition without losing the film you wanted.
