Build a list you will actually use
Open a title and choose Save to My List. The button changes to show that the title is saved. Choose it again when you want to remove the film. For a series, its checkpoint form separately records the season and last completed episode you enter.
Create a backup before switching browsers
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy the complete text from the backup field. It contains saved title references and your episode reminders, not movies, passwords or playback files. Keep that text in a note you can open on the other device.
Restore without replacing an existing list
On the destination browser, open Cinebox My List, paste the full text into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. Existing titles stay in place. Duplicate saved titles are not added twice. If the destination already has a checkpoint for a series, it keeps that checkpoint rather than replacing it with an older one.
When a backup is not accepted
Check that the copied text is complete. A backup from another brand or an unsupported format cannot be used as a Cinebox backup. Unknown titles and invalid episode references are skipped; the result message tells you what was added or skipped.
Your browser can remove stored data when you clear it, change profiles or leave a private session. A backup gives you a separate copy to keep. It does not create an account or automatic cross-device synchronisation. Open My List to manage both saved titles and checkpoints.
